Reset Password/PIN API

The Reset Password/PIN API provides a secure, multi-step process for users to manage their account credentials. It begins by allowing users to request a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to their registered email for verification. Once the OTP is successfully verified, the API enables the user to reset either their password or PIN. This reset action requires dual verification, meaning users must provide their existing alternate credential (e.g., current PIN to change password, or current password to change PIN) for enhanced security.
